Happy 4th of July! I’m so thankful for our country, where we live and the blessings of our freedom. Freedom does not come at a small expense. Men and women have given their lives to make sure we stay free. I’m even more thankful for the freedom that I have in Christ. He paid the ultimate sacrifice for you, me and the entire wold. What a sweet thing. It makes it even sweeter to celebrate both of those today. 
Being in Lake Tahoe on the 4th is a crazy thing. Even yesterday out in front of camp the traffic was backed up for 5 hours. Insane. We’ll walk to the beach, enjoy the crazy of it all and pray that God uses our students to have incredible conversations with those around us. I pay that others will find freedom in a God who loves them as well as in the place we live.
