Mmmmm Pancakes

I never used to make pancakes. Not because I don’t like them, but because I could never make good ones. Well, we have been using the best pancake mix ever and you all should know about it if you don’t already. It makes the best, light, fluffy, most delicious pancakes ever. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself. It’s a weekly treat at our house to have them. I don’t think you can buy it everywhere either. I know we could never find it in Bozeman. It’s totally worth ordering online though. There’s just no better way to kick off the weekend than with a plate full of these and of course a hot steamy cup of coffee.
