Because we travel every summer we don’t get to plant a garden. Well that, and we lived in Montana where the growing season is so short it’s just not worth it. So this summer we decided to take advantage and plant a garden. It’s been so fun to watch it grow, watch some of it die unfortunately and then fight off the racco
ons, squirrels and moles. Who knew planting a garden meant battling the wildlife?! But I say bring it on little critters. I will win! And I also say bring on the yummy veggies.

Jealous! What fun. And battling wildlife comes with the territory of putting food where they can reach it. Sigh.
