Yesterday was a team day for us. In the morning the men went for a hike and enjoyed man time. Then in the afternoon they came home so the ladies could go enjoy some time together. We don’t get to do this very often and it’s especially nice for us ladies because we don’t get to see each other nearly as much as the 
men do. We spend the majority of the time taking care of our beautiful children.
We spent the first hour getting pedicures because really there’s nothing better than celebrating some spring like weather with some pretty toes. And sitting in a massage chair, having someone give you a foot rub and not being interrupted by a talkative 4 year old is just an added bonus. We then got to go to a delightful bakery, sit in the wonderfully warm sun, and enjoy some great conversation about staying engaged in ministry even though 3 of us are moms of babies. It’s a privilege to get to serve with these women and I look forward to the next pampering session staff bonding time.
